β’ Shipping charges (original and return) are non-refundable and the responsibility of the customer
β’ Return shipping costs are the customerβs responsibility. Our system will provide a return label, the cost will simply be deducted from your refund for convenience.

Once your return arrives, please allow up to 2 weeks for processing.Β However, most are processed within a few days.Β

Purchasing items to gain giveaway entries and then returning them is considered fraud. Accounts may be disqualified from giveaways, banned from future promotions, and potentially reported.
